HELIOS PHOTOVOLTAIC SDN. BHD. is seeking a Senior Account Executive to oversee Finance & Accounts operations, including AP, AR and GL.

You will lead the finance team, ensure accurate reporting, manage cash flow and collections, and drive internal controls and process improvements to support business objectives. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance with 3–5 years of accounting experience, and proficiency in SQL Accounting and MS Word/Excel.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in SQL Accounting and MS Word/Excel.
• Good command of English; Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Oversee AP, AR and General Ledger daily operations.
• Lead, supervise and develop the Finance team.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and SST/tax laws.
• Coordinate audits with external auditors and tax agents.
• Provide financial guidance to management and stakeholders.
• Maintain internal controls and process improvements.
