Helios Photovoltaic Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee daily financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and provide strategic financial guidance to support business objectives.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance, CPA/CA, 5+ years in finance management, and strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and SQL Accounting. Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu is essential, Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CA qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the accounting/financial services industry.
• Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Competent in using SQL Accounting and Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin speaking is compulsory.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to inform business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and control.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.
