Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Assistant Manager, Finance with strong account consolidation experience to manage reporting for APAC clients. You will prepare fund, Holdco and SPV reporting, perform consolidated accounts, and deliver bespoke analyses.

Qualifications

• Experience with consolidation and IFRS reporting.
• Strong ability to prepare financial statements and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Involve in client communication and ensuring delivery of all reporting for allocated client portfolio across APAC region.
• Prepare Fund/Holdco and SPVs reporting and financial statements based on client requirements, including management fee calculation.
• Prepare consolidation accounts as needed.
• Provide bespoke financial analysis reporting as per client requirements e.g. cashflow reporting.
• Review financial statements and analysis prepared by local accountants appointed by client.
• Review KL service center team’s accounting and provide coaching as necessary.
• Support the fund’s team with financial analysis.
• Prepare annual standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and liaise with client auditors.
• Capital call/distribution calculations, waterfall/performance fee calculation, coordination with tax advisor on distributions and cashflow management.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met; monitor payment processes and draft intercompany loan agreements as needed.
• Perform data and analytical reviews on data aggregation of underlying PropCo/HoldCo; liaise with 3rd party providers.
• Support onboarding of new clients/portfolios from accounting perspective.
• Highlight potential process improvements and work with the Director to implement.
