Job summary

Nanoc Ventures Sdn Bhd seeks a dedicated Account Executive / Account Assistant to join our Finance team in Malaysia. You will be responsible for daily accounting tasks, including AP, AR and GL, as well as invoicing and accurate processing of financial transactions.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Finance, with 1–2 years of related experience; fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software is preferred, with opportunities for growth and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and accounting software.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR and GL.
• Prepare invoices, payments and related financial transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accounting records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and schedules for management review.
• Monitor receivables and follow up on collections.
• Verify staff claims, supplier invoices and payment requests.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring and financial analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and authorities as needed.
• Maintain organized filing systems and compliance with policies.
