Responsibilities

• Record and maintain the company’s financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Manage student fee payments and financial records.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
• Maintain accurate and organised accounting documents.
• Assist with audits and other related administrative duties.
