Job summary

Pelantar Insan (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Account Executive to support daily financial operations in Malaysia. You will record transactions, manage AP/AR, issue invoices and e-Invoices, and assist with month-end closing and reporting.

The ideal candidate holds an accounting/finance degree, pays close attention to detail, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as the company continues to grow in pre-fabricated steel structures.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Record daily business transactions including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Issue and submit e-Invoices to LHDN via the MyInvois system or approved software.
• Issue invoices, credit notes, and receipts to customers accurately and promptly.
• Process supplier bills and payments in a timely manner.
• Perform bank entries and update the general ledger accordingly.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts.
• Handle tax filing and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.
