Job summary

REDmoney Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Finance & Account Executive to support AR, AP, and cash flow management. The role oversees invoicing, supplier payments, and financial administration to ensure timely processing and accurate records.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Accountancy/Finance/Business Administration and has experience in AP/AR. Proficiency with SQL Accounting is a plus, and good command of English is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration required.
• Prior finance administration experience in AP/AR preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL Accounting is an added advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, generate, and issue customer invoices.
• Assist with collections and monitor outstanding receivables.
• Process supplier invoices and arrange timely payments.
• Manage payment administration and maintain supporting documents.
• Provide finance administration support as required.

Job description

REDmoney, the world's leading finance media and events company and publisher of Finance News, requires a Finance & Account Executive to support the company's Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and cash flow management.

Key responsibilities

Customer Billing – Preparing, generating, and issuing customer invoices.

Accounts Receivable (AR) – Assisting with collection activities, maintaining proper documentation and records, and monitoring outstanding receivables.

Supplier Billing – Processing supplier invoices and arranging payments in a timely manner.

Accounts Payable (AP) – Managing payment administration, maintaining supporting documents and records, and monitoring outstanding payables.

Finance Administration – Providing support for various finance-related administrative tasks and activities as required.

Requirements:

Malaysian citizen holding a valid Malaysian Identity Card (I/C)

Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Accountancy or Finance or Business Administration, or a related field

Prior experience in finance administration, particularly in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), is preferred

Familiarity with SQL Accounting software will be an added advantage

Good command of written and spoken English

Well-presented, responsible, and willing to learn

Able to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and meet deadlines

Numerate and computer literate, with good proficiency in standard office applications
