Job summary

RedPlanet Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd is hiring for an Accounts Executive to support day-to-day finance and accounts administration in Kuala Lumpur. You will prepare vouchers, reconcile bank statements, and manage debtors/creditors while maintaining orderly filing systems.

The role involves tax estimation, audit schedules, month-end close, and timely financial reporting. Fresh graduates or applicants with 1–3 years' experience are encouraged to apply, based in Mid Valley.

Qualifications

• Possess at least Diploma/Degree qualification or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates are welcome or minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
• To be based in Mid Valley.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
• Prepare payment vouchers and journal vouchers.
• Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation.
• Debtor and creditor management including invoicing and monitoring payments to suppliers.
• Maintain proper record and organization of filing system.
• Involve in tax estimation, audit schedules and monthly analysis reports for Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
• Involve with month-end closing & ensure financial reports (tax computation, reporting package, cash flow statement, SST returns) are prepared accurately and timely.
• Perform other ad hoc duties & responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:
