Job summary

Donaldson in Kuala Lumpur seeks a driven Technical Sales professional to achieve revenue targets for compressed air purification products. You will develop local channels, build key accounts, and translate application needs into winning solutions.

You’ll collaborate with engineering and R&D, travel within the territory, and leverage CRM tools to document progress and opportunities. Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3–5 years of technical sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue and profit targets for compressed air purification products within the assigned territory.
• Develop the sales channel mix to achieve annual targets and objectives.
• Monitor the market and communicate commercial and technical trends and developments.
• Establish, build, and maintain relationships with target customers through regular touch points such as site visits and business reviews.
• Identify and convert end-user needs into opportunities, quotations, and sales.
