Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in corporate banking or lending/credit.
• MBA or Master's degree in Business preferred.
• Proven credit skills with large corporate clients.
• Experience with capital markets products, derivatives, cash management, trade, finance and securities products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Expand a portfolio of accounts with varying/complex financial needs to grow revenue and maintain credit quality.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions (financing, cash management, FX, etc.).
• Cross-sell banking products (cash management, trade finance, foreign exchange, fixed income, loans, capital markets).
• Manage all credit aspects of the relationship including annual reviews and remedial actions.
• Assess risk in business decisions; ensure compliance with laws, policies and controls.
