Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of banking experience with corporate banking exposure.
• Experience in credit risk management and AML/CFT controls.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead credit acquisition for corporate loans and cross-sell.
• Manage portfolio risk and monitor ECL and asset quality.
• Maintain high-value client relationships and interface with service delivery centers.
• Ensure timely credit processing and annual reviews; present papers to Credit Committee.
• Mentor and develop ARM staff and coordinate with Operations/Compliance.
• Apply AML/KYC regulations and maintain records for audit purposes.
