Job summary

mnosys sdn bhd in Puchong is seeking a Test & Instrumentation Field Service Engineer to install, repair, service, set up and validate test instrumentation at customer sites. You will help customers operate their equipment effectively and ensure reliable performance, performing on-site T&M installations, repairs, servicing, and final buy-off, plus training as needed.

The role requires hands-on installation, testing, calibration and troubleshooting of instrumentation, with strong communication for

Qualifications

Experience with Windows-based automation applications.
Knowledge of electrical wiring for test instrumentation.
Testing and troubleshooting instrumentation and automation processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work at customer sites and provide clear technical guidance.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, service and set up test instrumentation at customer sites.
Provide T&M operation training to customers when necessary.
Optimise specifications and operational feasibility for test instrumentation products.
Complete final buy-off of test instrumentation machines after set-up at customer sites.
Operate, simulate and test automation on instruments, products and related processes to complete required tasks.
Perform other related duties as instructed by management from time to time.
