Job summary

mnosys sdn bhd in Puchong is seeking a Test & Instrumentation Field Service Engineer to install, repair, service, set up and validate test instrumentation at customer sites. You will help customers operate their equipment effectively and ensure reliable performance, performing on-site T&M installations, repairs, servicing, and final buy-off, plus training as needed.

Join the team in Puchong as a Test & Instrumentation Field Service Engineer supporting Quantel customers. You will install, repair, service, set up and validate test instrumentation products at customer sites, while helping customers operate their equipment effectively and ensuring reliable performance.

Key responsibilities

Perform test and measurement (T&M) installations, repairs and servicing at customer sites.

Provide T&M operation training to customers when necessary.

Optimise specifications and operational feasibility for test instrumentation products.

Complete final buy-off of test instrumentation machines after set-up at customer sites.

Operate, simulate and test automation on instruments, products and related processes to complete required tasks.

Perform other related duties as instructed by management from time to time.
