Job summary

SINDIYAN PLANTATION SDN. BHD. is seeking a supervisory role to manage daily planting operations on the estate. You will lead mandurs and general workers, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to company standards and safety rules.

The role requires practical plantation experience, the ability to train staff, and willingness to stay in a remote plantation location. Driving license with category D is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least SPM with 1.5 years’ experience in plantation/agriculture; OR
• Diploma in agriculture or related field is an advantage
• Can work independently and lead a team
• Good at solving problems and giving clear instructions
• Willing to stay in a remote plantation location
• Having Driving License D (B2 is an advantage)
