Job summary

Bintulu Lumber Development Sdn Bhd is seeking candidates for an agricultural supervision role on our estate in Sarawak. The position targets individuals with basic to diploma level qualifications in agriculture and offers opportunities to lead field teams.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with added advantage for those with oil palm plantation exposure. The successful candidate must be responsible, self-motivated and capable of independent work at the estate location.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM, Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Oil palm plantation experience is advantageous.
• Able to supervise and lead a team of field workers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to be based at the assigned estate.
