Job summary

SEPUPOK PLANTATION SDN. BHD. is seeking a dynamic Assistant Estate Manager to assist in estate operations on a >500ha oil palm estate in Sarawak. You will support daily field activities, supervise staff and contractors, and help achieve yield and cost targets.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Agriculture or related field, 2–3 years in oil palm, knowledge of GAP/IPM and estate software such as ISCC and Agrisoft, and willingness to be stationed on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Plantation Management or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in oil palm estate; fresh grads considered for trainee roles.
• Knowledge of GAP, IPM, and estate software such as ISCC and Agrisoft.
• Able to drive 4x4 and willing to be stationed on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist Estate Manager in daily field operations: harvesting, manuring, weeding, pruning, infilling.
• Supervise field staff, mandores and contractors to achieve yield and cost targets.
• Monitor FFB evacuation, collection centre, weighbridge and mill deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with MSPO, RSPO, MPOB, EPF, SOCSO & labour law.
• Budgeting, cost control, replanting, drainage and road maintenance.
• Handle workers' welfare, housing, medical and foreign worker permits.

About you

Must be willing to be stationed at site
