Qualifications

• On-site installation, commissioning, and repair.
• Ability to provide technical support to customers, both in person and remotely.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance to maintain equipment reliability and performance.
• Diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics; familiarity with industrial automation is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work in industrial environments as needed.
• Good problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation; proficiency with MS Office or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test automation equipment at customer facilities.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Respond to service requests and provide technical support.
• Document service activities and prepare basic service reports.
• Collaborate with customers to explain technical issues and provide training on equipment use and safety.
