Job summary

HiTHIUM Energy Storage is seeking a skilled technical trainer and support specialist for Malaysia. You will communicate with the HQ technical team to obtain information and deliver capability-building support to the onsite team, and organize regular training sessions for onsite personnel.

You will coordinate with the HQ training team for customer onsite training, provide technical consultation during bidding, and assist in analyzing onsite issues.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and presentation skills; able to translate technical content into clear guidance.
• Business fluent English; other European languages are a plus; Chinese language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
• 4+ years of technical support, training, or field service experience, preferable within the renewable energy industry esp. Solar or BESS.
• Business fluent English language skills; other European language are considered a big plus.
• Chinese language skills are considered a plus.
• Strong technical understanding of product systems, commissioning processes, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in training delivery and curriculum/material preparation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to translate technical content into clear guidance.
• English proficiency required; additional local/regional languages are an advantage.
• Able to travel for customer training and onsite support as needed.
