• Explain repairs and maintenance procedures clearly to customers.
• Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used and hours worked.
• Provide on-site customer support and act as the point of contact for technical issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Keep up to date with new product offerings and industry trends.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and work regulations.
• Collaborate with other technicians to ensure high-quality service.
