Job summary

CBRE is seeking a HVAC Technician in Malaysia to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities, performing proactive testing and scheduled maintenance to ensure reliable operation.

You will install, repair, adjust and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems for building HVAC, troubleshoot faults, and follow established procedures under supervision while delivering quality output.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school with 1–2 years of related experience. Valid driver's license required.
Meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs and the ability to stand, bend and climb stairs or ladders.
Able to follow basic work routines and standards in applying work.
Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Organized with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems for building HVAC and related equipment.
Conduct ongoing maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes and safety.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine actions for modifications.
Follow defined procedures and processes under close supervision.
