Job summary

QES Group of Companies is seeking a Service Engineer based in Shah Alam to deliver on-site technical support for semiconductor equipment and metrology systems. You will perform installation, qualification, handover, and training for distributors and customers.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor in Electrical & Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering, 2–3 years in a related field, and willingness to travel across Malaysia. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with own transport.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 2–3 years' experience in Semiconductor, Automation or Mechatronic background is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for semiconductor equipment.
• Plan regular customer visits to promote service, spare parts and optional accessories.
• Install, set up, and commission metrology systems at customer facilities.
• Perform equipment qualification, acceptance testing, and customer handover.
• Provide on-site training to distributors and customers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, optical and basic software system issues.
