Job summary

Millice Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (Semiconductor) to install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot and repair customer equipment. You will train customers and coordinate status with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely field service reports and accurate quotations for spare parts or upgrades.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in engineering or electronics.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with semiconductor equipment.
• Experience with Takatori, Lintec, Nitto or similar equipment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of customer semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Provide training to customers on use and maintenance of the equipment.
• Coordinate and communicate status of assigned jobs to internal and external stakeholders.
