Job summary

Grundfos Malaysia is seeking a Service Specialist to provide on-site and remote technical support, maintenance, and commissioning for pump systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

You will test, configure, troubleshoot, install, and service equipment, maintain documentation, and collaborate with internal teams, with opportunities for growth in a diverse, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with electrical, electronic, and control systems.
• Experience test, configure, troubleshoot and service pump systems and equipment.
• Proficiency with MS Office for reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Test, configure, troubleshoot, and service electrical, electronic, and control systems including PID controllers, fieldbus protocols, inverters, sensors, and control cabinets.
• Install, commission, and maintain pump systems and equipment for reliability.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support, diagnose issues, and optimize operations.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve aftermarket service.
