Job summary

The ideal candidate has a 2+ year track record in service engineering, hands-on experience with pumps and control systems, and strong diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or electronics engineering or related field.
• 2+ years as a service engineer or field service technician or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, electronic, and fieldbus systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting and communication.
• Strong problem-solving, independence in field work, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Test, configure, troubleshoot and service electrical, electronic, and control systems.
• Install, commission and maintain pump systems and equipment for reliability.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support, diagnosing issues and advising solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain documentation of service activities, repairs, and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
