Job summary

mnosys sdn bhd is seeking an on-site technical service specialist to Install, commission, inspect, calibrate, and repair equipment at customer sites, while promptly responding to service calls.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, electronic and software systems to minimize downtime, diagnose breakdowns, and support upgrades. Strong communication and customer-handling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to diagnose electrical, mechanical and pneumatic issues.
• Ability to read schematics, technical drawings and manuals.
• Diploma or degree in a related engineering field required.
• Willingness to travel locally or overseas and work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, inspect, calibrate and repair equipment at customer sites and respond to service calls.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime across mechanical, electrical and software systems.
• Diagnose breakdowns, support equipment upgrades and provide basic operator training.
• Prepare detailed service and maintenance reports, coordinate spare parts and collaborate with internal teams.
• Ensure field activities are conducted safely following company standards and supervisor directions.
