Job summary

IDMS Technologies Sdn Bhd is actively hiring a Field Service Engineer to install, service, troubleshoot and repair photocopiers, printers and related office equipment at customer sites in Temerloh and Kuantan. You will travel to client locations, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure high service levels.

Qualifications

Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) Diploma/ Degree preferred.
Experience with copier/printer/MFP service is a plus.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Able to travel to customer locations and work independently.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and commission Colour & Monochrome Multifunction Printers (Sharp & Fujifilm).
Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing at customer sites.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and technical faults.
Attend customer service calls and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
Maintain accurate service reports and records.
