Job summary

Markem-Imaje Asia Pacific is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform on-site installation, maintenance and service for Markem-Imaje products. You will train customers, troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance on product usage at customer premises.

Requirements include a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, 2–5 years field service experience, and a valid driving license. Strong communication and customer-service orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 2 to 5 years of field service experience in medium industrial or commercial equipment.
• Must possess a driving license.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and service Markem-Imaje products on customer sites.
• Perform on-site maintenance, repairs and training.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers.
• Investigate problems and arrange for repairs as needed.
• Monitor and adhere to service policies and standards.
• Coordinate with Sales for new applications and demonstrations.
