Search Personnel Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Electrical / Mechatronics / Machinery) to provide onsite support, installation and maintenance for corrugator systems. The role involves a 15-month contract with training in Dongguan, China, and occasional travel.

Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronics is required, with at least 1 year of field service experience. Reading drawings and a valid driving license are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronics engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of engineering/field service experience.
• Experience in machinery installation, maintenance and troubleshooting preferred.
• Able to read technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Willing to travel and work weekends/holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support and maintenance for corrugator systems.
• Install, commission and start up machinery.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliability.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and operational issues.
• Install and maintain hardware, software and network equipment when needed.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate with remote teams.
• Support production and minimize equipment downtime.
• Train operators and maintenance staff on equipment usage.
