Job summary

Talent Switch in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking a Service Engineer to install and commission all types of equipment, provide on-site emergency service, perform planned maintenance, and train customer staff. The role includes domestic, regional, and global travel with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction.

You will supervise third-party crews, assist sales with technical details, and contribute to ongoing knowledge improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent & above.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as service engineer.
• Competency in interpreting mechanical drawings and electrical schematic diagram.
• Good and persistent trouble-shooting skills.
• Customer oriented mindset & attitude.
• English language in verbal and writing.
• Ability to travel both domestically, in the region and globally.
• Flexibility in long working hours and working environment.

Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of equipment.

• Continues training and improve knowledge of the equipment within company.
