People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking two proactive Sales Executives to drive growth in the Automotive/Tire sector. You will operate as a field-based sales professional, hunting for new business, developing distributor and dealer networks, and visiting retail shops and distributors to build lasting relationships.

Ideal candidates have a hunter mindset, 5–8 years in Automotive (PCR) or Tire sales, and a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications

Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in Automotive (PCR) or Tire industry.
Hunter mentality with proven experience in cold calling, prospecting, business development, and field sales.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong experience in managing distributors and developing dealer networks.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Responsabilités

Hunt for New Business by prospecting, cold calling, and approaching new customers, including retail shops and distributors.
Achieve sales targets by driving revenue growth and expanding market share across the territory.
Manage distributor and dealer networks, coaching distributors' sales teams to align with sales policies and brand objectives.
Conduct frequent field visits to strengthen customer relationships and expand the sales and service network.
Gather and analyse market intelligence to identify opportunities and support business decisions.
Provide consultative sales support by understanding customers' needs and recommending solutions.
Prepare and submit sales reports and order management documentation on time.
