Job summary

RODA LAND SDN. BHD. is seeking a dynamic Outdoor Sales Executive to drive field sales, prospect new customers, and nurture long-term relationships. The role involves full sales cycle management, on-site technical support, and delivering value to dealers and end-users.

The position requires a diploma or higher in Business/Marketing, at least one year in sales, and fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English. Driving license is essential for travel to estates and sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to multitask and prioritize.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English; good negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
• Have a valid Class D (car) driving license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular market visits in the Central region to grow field sales and nurture dealer relationships.
• Prepare and present accurate quotations based on customer needs and follow up to secure orders.
• Achieve sales targets through territory planning and active customer engagement.
• Follow up on outstanding payments according to AR lists and credit terms.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with internal teams for resolutions.
• Plan promotional campaigns and seasonal offers aligned with sales strategy.
• Conduct on-site product training and presentations for estate workers and end users.
