Job summary

Roda Land Sdn Bhd, a Malaysia’s leading specialist in off-road tyres, is seeking a Sales Executive in the Southern Region to drive revenue growth by engaging new and existing customers, presenting tailored quotations, and coordinating order fulfilment and payment collection.

You will deliver on-site product training, gather customer feedback, plan promotions, and represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Business/Marketing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development with proven targets.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Visit Southern Region to grow field sales and nurture dealer relationships.
• Prepare and present accurate quotations based on customer needs and follow up to convert inquiries into orders.
• Achieve sales targets through strategic planning, territory coverage, and customer engagement.
• Follow up on outstanding payments per AR terms to ensure healthy cash flow.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with internal teams for prompt resolutions.
• Plan and implement promotions and campaigns in line with sales strategy and monitor effectiveness.
• Represent the company at industry roadshows, exhibitions, and events to generate leads and conversions.
• Secure purchase orders and coordinate with Operations for timely processing and shipment.
