PETOUR MALAYSIA Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive field sales and merchandising professional to grow our pet products network across Malaysia. You will visit pet shops and retail outlets, promote products, build lasting customer relationships, and support full sales cycles from enquiry to payment.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, fluent in Bahasa Malaysia with good English, and willing to travel. Training is provided, and owning a vehicle is a plus for frequent field visits.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required – fresh graduates welcome; training provided.
• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Sales, Retail Management, or related field.
• Experience in sales, merchandising, retail, promoter, roadshow, telemarketing, customer service, or field sales is an added advantage.
• Experience in pet FMCG/retail industry is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; Bahasa Malaysia fluent with English/Mandarin an added advantage.
• Own transport with valid driving licence; able to travel frequently.

Responsabilités

• Visit pet shops, retail outlets, and potential customers to identify new business opportunities.
• Promote Petour products to shop owners and retail customers; maintain relationships.
• Handle enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments; secure repeat orders.
• Negotiate and close sales; achieve individual and company targets.
• Monitor payments and assist with collections; provide after-sales service.
• Ensure planograms are followed and products are well displayed and stocked.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to check placement, pricing tags, stock, and promos.
• Coordinate with store personnel for timely replenishment; minimize stockouts/overstocks.
• Set up promotional displays and educate staff on promotions and product features.
• Monitor competitors, sales performance, and opportunities within each outlet.
• Prepare sales, merchandising, and stock reports with photos for management review.
