Job summary

DKSH Malaysia is seeking a Field Sales Supervisor to oversee and coordinate sales teams across territories, driving achievement of targets and business objectives. You will manage day-to-day budgets, implement sales routes and action plans, track KPIs, and coordinate product portfolios, merchandising, quotations, and customer support.

This role requires a Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing with FMCG experience and 1–2 years in supervision, plus strong communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing with FMCG exposure.
• 1–2 years in account management or sales with supervisory experience.
• Strong selling and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate sales teams to meet targets.
• Manage day-to-day operating expenditures within budgets.
• Develop and implement sales action plans for territories.
• Track progress against KPIs and provide feedback.
• Coordinate product portfolios and in-store merchandising.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts.
• Monitor competitors and report trends.
• Prepare sales reports and forecast demand.
• Collect payments and support order delivery.
• Maintain customer relationships and follow up on queries.
