Inter Island Group is seeking an enthusiastic outdoor sales professional to join our team in Malaysia. You will meet customers in the field, present solutions, and drive growth across assigned accounts.

You will work independently to build relationships, gather requirements, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to fulfil orders. A valid driving licence and a proactive, target-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Outdoor sales experience is required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting customers and conducting sales activities outside the office.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and manage customer relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential customers.
• Conduct outdoor sales activities, including customer visits and meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on sales enquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer and project requirements are properly handled.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, projects, and sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
• Prepare sales updates, reports, and forecasts when required.
• Work towards achieving individual and company sales targets.
