Qualifications

• 1–3 years outdoor/field sales experience preferred; fresh graduates with drive welcome.
• Good communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and resilient.
• Own transport and valid driving licence; willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, networking and referrals.
• Develop new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Promote Nippon Express products and services to prospective customers.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Manage and develop existing customer accounts with regular visits.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain relationships and records of visits, activities and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Finance and other teams to ensure smooth service and order execution.
• Monitor market conditions and competitors within the territory.
