Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive – Outdoor to grow our customer base in Malaysia. The role focuses on strengthening relationships with existing clients while driving new business through proactive sales and presentations.

You will conduct on-site inspections, tailor solutions, and manage proposals, service agreements and related sales tasks across the customer lifecycle. A valid driver’s license and mobility are required to visit client sites regularly.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2C/B2B sales or outdoor sales.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Able to build rapport with clients at all levels.
• Comfortable conducting on-site client visits.

Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets by proposing products/services at optimized pricing levels.
• Market Intelligence: Maintain understanding of market trends and competitor movements to position Rentokil Initial's value propositions.
• Prospect Generation: Develop a healthy sales pipeline and execute market development initiatives.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct on-site inspections and client visits to assess needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Customer Experience: Be primary contact for new accounts and resolve client queries per policy.
• Sales Administration: Draft proposals, execute service agreements and maintain the system.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure service and payment.
• Agility: Support broader business on ad-hoc projects and urgent tasks as required.
