Job summary

Forest One Network Enterprise Sdn Bhd is seeking energetic field-based sales professionals to acquire and onboard SME merchants for the FoneRewards platform. You will engage with business owners, present digital loyalty solutions, and drive activation and growth across diverse sectors.

Fresh graduates are welcome; training is provided. A structured commission scheme, yearly progression opportunities, and support from a collaborative team await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training provided.
• Experience in merchant acquisition, SME sales, B2B sales, field sales, or business development is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
• Comfortable meeting business owners and working in a field-based sales environment.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new SME merchants to subscribe to the FoneRewards platform.
• Meet and engage with business owners to understand their business needs.
• Present and demonstrate FoneRewards' digital loyalty and customer engagement solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and key decision-makers.
• Manage sales leads, prospecting activities, and follow-ups to achieve monthly targets.
• Guide merchants through the onboarding process and ensure required documentation is submitted accurately.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant activation and support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
• Submit regular sales activity and pipeline reports.
