Job summary

Zara Building Solutions SDN BHD is seeking entry-level field sales personnel to visit hardware stores across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, present products, and secure orders. Fresh graduates or those with 0-1 year of experience are welcome; you will receive 2–3 weeks of product training and ongoing coaching as you build a personal customer portfolio and achieve sales targets.

This full-time role requires daily travel, a valid driving licence, and proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates or 0-1 year of sales experience preferred.
Diploma or degree holders are welcome to apply.
Willingness to travel daily and work toward targets.

Responsibilities

Identify and approach new customers including hardware shops, furniture workshops and building-material retailers.
Plan daily sales routes and visit prospective and existing customers.
Present product samples, explain features and prices, and secure trial and repeat orders.
Prepare quotations and follow up on customer enquiries.
Coordinate with the office on orders, stock availability and deliveries.
Gather feedback on competitor products, pricing and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate visit records and work towards agreed sales targets.
Support payment follow-up in line with company procedures.
