Truwater Cooling Towers Sdn Bhd seeks a Sales Engineer to lead growth in the Industrial & Production (I&P) or Packaged (HVAC) sector. The role requires a technically competent go-getter who thrives in the field and builds new client relationships across various industrial sectors.

You will identify opportunities for cooling tower installations and 3R solutions by engaging with plant engineers, facility managers, and OEM contractors.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to engage industrial clients and manage long‑term technical sales cycles.
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin to serve Mandarin‑speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the I&P or HVAC sector.
• Build a pipeline of prospective clients through cold-calls, networking, site visits, and referrals.
• Serve as the primary contact for all industrial cooling tower enquiries and technical discussions.
• Conduct detailed site assessments to evaluate existing systems and recommend solutions.
• Promote 3R services (Replacement, Refurbishment, Retrofitting) to extend equipment lifecycle.
• Develop customized solutions with engineering, design, and service teams.
• Prepare technical proposals and quotations for tender or direct negotiation.
• Support project delivery and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and manage service contracts.
