MYHOME SPECIALIST (M) SDN. BHD. in Klang Valley is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Executive who will combine outdoor client visits with social media content creation.

You will meet potential clients around Klang Valley, follow up enquiries, and coordinate with the director and our technical team to generate quotes and site assessments. This role offers growth with the company and requires initiative, good English and Bahasa Malaysia, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development or a related role.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Comfortable approaching potential clients and conducting outdoor visits.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing, Canva and video editing.
• Organized, proactive and consistent with customer follow-ups.
• Able to work independently while coordinating with the team.
• Valid driving license and access to reliable transport for business visits.
• Willing to travel around Klang Valley and visit project sites.
• Experience in construction, renovation, building materials or property-related businesses is an advantage.
• Waterproofing experience is not essential; product and technical guidance will be provided.
• Performance incentives linked to business results.
• Business travel claims in accordance with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Visit condominium management offices, factories, interior design firms, contractors and other potential clients to introduce our services.
• Build relationships with property managers, business owners and referral partners.
• Identify waterproofing needs and arrange appointments or site assessments.
• Follow up enquiries and quotations through WhatsApp, phone calls and email.
• Maintain an organized prospect database and accurate follow-up records.
• Prepare weekly updates on visits, enquiries, appointments and business opportunities.
• Support exhibitions, networking events and promotional activities when required.
• Plan and coordinate content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Visit project sites to capture photos, videos and project progress.
• Create simple marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
• Write engaging captions and help showcase completed projects.
• Respond to online enquiries and coordinate follow-up with the team.
• Be comfortable appearing in simple promotional videos when required.
