Job summary

Click IX, founded in 2022, designs, deploys, and maintains digital signage networks across Malaysia. The Operations Executive role is full-time and on-site in Kuala Lumpur, splitting time between office coordination and field visits to client sites nationwide.

You will monitor the health of the deployed screen network, respond to alerts, log issues, and prepare daily and monthly client reports. Travel to Klang Valley and outstation sites for deployments and on-site troubleshooting, with Level 1

Qualifications

SPM or above; IT/electronics qualification is an advantage but not essential.
Valid Malaysian driving licence and willingness to travel to outstation locations, occasional overnight stays.
GDL licence is a strong plus.
Experience with PC hardware setup and troubleshooting Windows computers.

Responsibilities

Monitor health of deployed digital signage network and flag offline units.
Provide Level 1 client support via phone, email, and remote access.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot product range on site (Windows PCs, Android devices, displays, basic networking).
Travel to Klang Valley and outstation sites for deployments and service calls.
Maintain records of equipment, deployments and job history; prepare operational reports.
