Job summary

Mastering Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Store Inspector to conduct routine brand and operations inspections across Malaysia. The role requires bilingual communication in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, with frequent travel between outlets.

You will evaluate displays, stock levels, pricing, and brand visibility, report issues, and support ongoing brand projects and execution efforts. A valid driving licence and own transport are essential.

Qualifications

Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to travel frequently to different outlets across Malaysia.
Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
Strong observation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing operational requirements.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular store inspections across Malaysia to ensure brand and operational standards are followed.
Inspect product displays, stock levels, price tags, and brand visibility.
Identify and report store execution issues, and follow up on improvement progress.
Collect store data, prepare inspection reports, and support brand projects and store execution.
