Job summary

VERITON PLT is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and application issues and support Microsoft 365 applications across the organization.

This role involves travel between assigned offices and client sites to provide onsite technical assistance, support office openings and workstation setups, and maintain IT equipment and infrastructure performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of IT support or desktop support experience.
• Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
• Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Active Directory/Entra ID (Azure AD) user management.
• Hardware troubleshooting and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, OS, and application issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Perform user account administration, password resets, and access management.
• Travel between offices/ sites to provide onsite IT support.
