Responsibilities

• Manage IT Service Management operations for end-user computing and deskside support.
• Handle OS installations and patches; perform troubleshooting.
• Deploy and manage devices using SCCM, Ivanti, and Intune.
• Support conference room devices and collaboration tools (Polycom/CISCO/StarLeaf) and AV equipment.
• Maintain asset inventory and laptop lifecycle, imaging, allocation, and de-allocation.
