Job summary

HONOR Malaysia is seeking a Field Force Management & Training PIC to oversee nationwide promoter operations, SOP standards, and training execution. You’ll own Sell-Out targets, frontline productivity and promoter capability, delivering compelling courseware and certification programs.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Retail Operations, Marketing and Regional HQ to align field efforts with new product launches and brand objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, training/education, retail management or related field.
• 5–8+ years in field force operations and corporate retail training.
• Strong ability to design and deliver training programs and track performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Field Force operations, SOP standardization, deployment reviews and retention for Malaysia’s promoter team.
• Design and implement incentive schemes to drive promoter productivity and compliance.
• Track Sell-Out performance and analyze gaps to improve regional operations.
• Develop targeted courseware covering product knowledge, pitches, soft skills and certifications.
• Empower frontline promoters and trainers through enablement programs and workshops.
• Collaborate with Sales, Retail Ops, Marketing and Regional HQ on GTM launches.
