Job summary

HONOR Malaysia is seeking a strategic Field Force Management & Training PIC to oversee nationwide promoter operations and the training execution framework. You will own Sell-Out targets, frontline productivity, and promoter capability while designing comprehensive training programs.

LEad operational SOPs, monitor performance, and ensure compliance. Collaboration with Sales, Retail Ops, Marketing, and Regional HQ will align launches with brand objectives, including periodic travel for store

Qualifications

• Experience leading frontline promoter teams and ensuring SOP compliance.
• Ability to design and deliver targeted training covering product knowledge and selling skills.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate sell-out data into field strategies.
