Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics required.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians and set performance expectations.
• Provide technical support for maintenance, troubleshooting, and callbacks.
• Conduct site visits and engage customers to resolve issues and maintain relationships.
