Job summary

The role requires at least 3 years of field operations or infrastructure deployment experience, strong English communication, and solid knowledge of data center operations and telecom networks. Hybrid/On-site in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field operations, network deployment, or infrastructure operations.
• Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
• Deep understanding of data center operations and telecom networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage field operations including installations, maintenance, upgrades, and fault restoration across APAC and Middle East.
• Provide 24/7 operational and on-site support to ensure service availability.
• Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and operational procedures.
• Plan and execute field-based projects with regional teams; monitor progress and risks.
• Coordinate site readiness, access, logistics, and resources for field activities.
