You will assist in on-site installation and commissioning, act as a technical consultant, and address post-sale inquiries with issue resolution. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in industrial equipment support, with strong communication and on-site

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a technical discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in application or technical support for industrial equipment, connectors or automation products, with on-site commissioning preferable.

Aufgaben

• Translate customer requirements into technical documents and quantified parameters; develop specifications and solution checklists.
• Assist in on-site installation, commissioning and trial runs; act as on-site technical consultant for customer guidance.
